I might be overthinking it, but I just didn’t feel great about how much info they were asking for. The privacy details weren’t super clear to me, and maybe I missed something, but it made me uncomfortable enough that I stopped using it. Just not really for me

Trying to place my order was more annoying than I expected. The checkout kept throwing me off and I wasn’t always sure what to click next, so it just didn’t feel smooth at all...

I had a kinda frustrating experience with calixpress.org. The process felt slower than I expected and a bit confusing, and I ended up having to check for updates myself more than once.

The support wasn’t all that helpful either. The replies were short and didn’t really solve the issue for me. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

The site seems mostly fine overall, but I did have to click around a bit to find the safety and policy details. Nothing really felt too risky to me, I just wish the compliance info was easier to spot.

I tried a couple of discount codes from calixpress.org, but most of them wouldn’t apply at checkout. One seemed like it should’ve worked, but it still failed for some reason. Maybe I just tried at a bad time, but it was annoying and didn’t feel very reliable. Anyway

I gave this 1 star because the packaging was definitely not as discreet as I expected. The label and the outside of the package made it obvious what was inside, which was embarrassing when it showed up. I felt kind of left in the dark because the company makes it sound like the shipping is private, but that was not my experience at all. I won’t be ordering again

I tried reaching out to Calix Press a few times, it just ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be.
The first response took days, and after that, I never really got anything helpful. I asked a simple question, but it felt like I was either being ignored or passed around, like nobody actually read what I wrote.
By the end, I felt like I had wasted my time and energy for nothing. Definitely not a good experience, and if you need quick help, I wouldn’t rely on their support

I went to place my order because the item showed as being in stock, but after all that, it turned out it wasn’t available after all. It was frustrating because I wouldn’t have bothered getting my hopes up or spending time on it if the stock info had been accurate in the first place.

I tried using calixpress.org and, wow, it really made me work for it. The pages felt all over the place, the buttons were somehow hidden in plain sight, and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe it works great if you enjoy guessing where to click, but I’ll be saving myself the trouble next time

I couldn’t really figure out how the returns are supposed to work. The info was there, but it felt kind of unclear, and I was literally left trying to guess what the actual process was.

It gets tiring having to keep checking the status, following up, and figuring out what went wrong every time. I just want the process to be reliable without feeling like I have to babysit every order.

The delivery ended up being late, and the tracking barely updated, which made the whole thing frustrating. Support did respond, so I guess that's something, but they mostly just kept telling me to wait. It did eventually show up, thankfully, but I’m not exactly confident I’d want to deal with the same process again.

I don’t expect perfect service, but if a customer is clearly explaining a problem, it’s just common sense to actually read it and try to help. I had to repeat myself more than once and still didn’t get anywhere, so I’d be hesitant to order from them again unless their support improves.
